At Hometech BOSCH Kitchen Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchen appliances. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repack the BOSCH appliance in its original box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective foam inserts are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large kitchen units, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller gadgets, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
