The Bethany Housewares Square Cut Rolling Pin is a 2 3/4" x 17 1/4" wooden rolling pin with easy rolling action. Made of Hard Maple. Made in the USA
Square cut lefse rolling pin. It's called square cut because the intersecting of the grooves causes little square surfaces. This pin works great for making potato lefse but is also popular for making hardanger lefse. You will need to prep your square cut rolling pin with flour (pack into all the grooves) between each sheet of lefse. Many lefse cooks use rolling pin covers with their lefse pins. Easy rolling action. Made from hardwoods. 2 3/4" x 17 1/4". Brush out excess flour with a stiff bristled brush before washing in warm soapy water, air dry completely
